Early Access Begins
After many long years, it's here.
Death in a Party is now available for public download in Early Access form!
This version of the game will become the demo version towards the end of the year.
The demo will contain all of ACT I, most of which is playable right now albeit in an incomplete and rough state.
Some aspects are more finished than others, with most focus going to getting the main story content functional for testing.
Player feedback is going to be incredibly important over the coming year to make sure development goes in the right direction.
Before Playing:
Make sure to download and read the documents in the "READ_ME.zip" file, as this will contain trigger warnings and instructions on how to play. This also contains a list of known bugs, how to report bugs and details on the Discord community server.
This information will eventually be added to a github repository for ease of access and modification.
As I'm currently only a one-man operation, please forgive the slowness in which devlogs and admin tasks like this are completed.
Future Patches:
There will be no significant content updates for the next week as the focus will remain on bug fixing and dealing with any critical errors as they happen. Several patches containing bug fixes will likely come out during this time.
The regular routine will return on the Monday the 9th of June, where once a week I give a weekly Discord update detailing where development is and a rough idea of the plan for that week.
Typically there is a content patch at the end of every week, though sometimes those patches get put off for the next week if the content isn't ready.
Hmm... That's probably it really.
Thank you for reading, and thank you for taking part should you choose to play!
